Beth Durling, MS, CADCII, ICADC, is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the behavioral health field. She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology, specializing in CBT, Inner Child, Spirituality, and Addictive Disorders. Beth currently runs a private practice with a national presence as a thought leader in her field. Her success working with dual-diagnosed clients led her to titles such as CEO and COO, as well as several Clinical Director roles, where she equipped teams nationally to further their successful outcomes. Beth was the founder and CEO of The Center for Life Change, a nationally recognized non-profit treatment center. She is also the director of The Family Recovery Foundation, a nonprofit organization offering free clinical care nationwide to families suffering through addiction.
Beth currently serves as CEO of The Agency, offering consulting services in the field of behavioral health. This includes expert guidance in clinical care, leadership development, executive strategy, and organizational health. She helps organizations enhance their therapeutic approaches and improve patient outcomes, driving organizational success. Beth offers executive guidance to elevate treatment facilities and behavioral health programs across various settings, ensuring they achieve their full potential in delivering high-quality care.
Beth lives in San Clemente, CA, and has two amazing adult children who reside in Orange County, CA.
