Your Body 

Your body is the access point to your Spirit.

Your body is your second mind. 

So as your mind heals, your body will follow. 


Your Mind 

Tell yourself that everything you need already exists

inside of you. 

When your mind is overactive: focus on your breath.

Practice Walking Meditations to start calming your thoughts. 

Read "Stillness Speaks" from Eckhart Tolle 

Remember: You are not your thoughts. 


Your Spirit 

You have Christ in you. 

You were brought here on this planet with purpose.

The truth of who you are exists in your Spirit.

Your Spirit knows exactly what to do all the time. 

You were created by God to exist so He could love you.

Your Practice

1. Before you get out of bed in the morning, draw awareness to your breath for two minutes while sitting with your spine straight. 

2. Place your feet on the floor for 30 seconds before you get out of bed and give yourself five positive affirmations. 

3. Light a candle and focus on your loved ones for two minutes everyday. Use pictures if needed. 

4. Create a daily gratitude practice in a journal. 

5. Listen to your favorite music throughout the day. 

6. Eat fresh food. 

7. Exercise four days a week for 30 minutes. 

8. Read everyday for five minutes minimally. 

9. Take your shoes off and ground on the earth daily. 

10. Watch the sun rise or set. 

11. Drink as much water as you can. 

12. Reduce sugar. 

13. Reduce interactions with people who bring you down.  

14. Practice yoga with teachers who bring you to peace.

15. Judge nothing and start again.

Everyday is a blank slate.
